3. How do I create 3D video content for Transparent LED Displays?
To achieve the “floating in mid-air” effect, your video content must follow these specific design principles:
- The Golden Rule (Black Background): Any part of your video that is pure black (RGB: 0,0,0) will not emit light. On a transparent screen, this black area becomes invisible, leaving only the main subject “floating” on the glass.
- Video Formats: Standard formats like MP4, MOV, or AVI work perfectly. You generally do not need an Alpha Channel (transparent background) file; a simple black background works best for hardware decoding.

No. Our design allows for Single Strip Replacement.
You do not need to take down the whole cabinet. Just remove the single faulty LED strip and plug in a spare one. The process takes about 1-2 minutes and can be done by a local electrician with our guide.
