The Indoor LED Buyer's Guide
The "Bezel Gap" Frustration
Problem: Traditional LCD video walls are plagued by unsightly black bezels (seams) that cut through your content. Spreadsheets look broken, and visual impact is shattered. Plus, monitors are hard to calibrate over time, leading to uneven colors.
The Bezel-Free Experience
Solution: True Seamless Splicing. Our Indoor LED modules fit together perfectly to create a unified canvas of any size. No lines, no distractions—just pure, high-contrast imagery that commands attention in boardrooms and lobbies
Boardrooms & Meetings
“We need to read small text clearly from the back of the room.”
Problem: Projectors are too dim; text is blurry under office lights.
Solution: P1.2 / P1.5 Fine Pitch LED
- High Brightness (600-800 nits) combats ambient light.
- High Refresh Rate (7680Hz) ensures flicker-free video calls.
Retail Stores & Atriums
“Customers are standing very close to the screen.”
Problem: Low-resolution screens look “pixelated” and cheap at close range.
Solution: High-Density COB Display.
- Ultra-fine pitch (P0.9 - P1.2) for distinct details at 1 meter.
- Cool-to-touch surface ensures safety in public spaces.
Command Centers
“The screen must run 24/7 without eye strain.”
Problem: Standard LEDs cause eye fatigue; maintenance requires shutting down.
- Low Blue Light certification protects operators' eyes.
- Dual Power/Signal Backup ensures zero downtime.
Selection Checklist: Avoid These 3 Spec Errors
The "Pixel Pitch" Trap
The Mistake: Buying an expensive P0.9 screen for a large auditorium.
Why it fails: If viewers are 10 meters away, the human eye cannot tell the difference between P0.9 and P1.8. You are wasting 50% of your budget on pixels no one can see.
The Solution: Use the Golden Rule of 1000. Optimal Viewing Distance (m) = Pixel Pitch (mm) x 1.
- Example: For P2.5, optimal viewing is from 2.5 meters away.
The "Maintenance" Oversight
The Mistake: Ignoring “Service Access” (Front vs. Rear).
Why it fails: Most indoor screens are wall-mounted. If you buy a “Rear Service” cabinet, you have to tear down the whole screen to replace one bad module.
The Solution: Always specify Full Front Maintenance (Magnetic Modules) for wall-mounted installations. This allows you to swap a module in 10 seconds using a simple vacuum tool.
The "Gray Scale" Myth
The Mistake: Only focusing on Brightness, ignoring Gray Scale.
Why it fails: Indoor screens often run at low brightness (30%). Poor quality screens lose detail in the shadows (looking gray/muddy) when brightness is turned down.
The Solution: Choose High-End IC Drivers (e.g., Novastar) that maintain 14-16 bit Gray Scale even at low brightness, ensuring perfect image depth.

The Ugly Truth: 5 Hidden Risks in Indoor LED Wall
Not all screens are created equal. The market is flooded with low-cost options that look great on Day 1 but fail by Day 100. Here are the pitfalls most suppliers won’t tell you about—and how we solved them.
Why do I see black flickering lines when filming the screen?
- The Reality: To the naked eye, it looks fine. But pull out your phone or camera, and you see rolling black bars (scan lines). This makes your event photos and video calls look amateur and unusable.
- The Cause: Low Refresh Rate (<1920Hz). Cheap driver ICs cannot keep up with camera shutter speeds.
- Our Solution: We strictly use High-End Driver ICs (MBI/ICN) achieving 3840Hz - 7680Hz Refresh Rates. Your content remains rock-solid and flicker-free on any camera, perfect for TV studios and Zoom meetings.
Will a row of pixels suddenly turn pink or green?
- The Reality: This is the dreaded "Caterpillar Effect"—a solid line of uncontrolled color appearing randomly, ruining the visual experience. It usually happens after 3-6 months.
- The Cause: Short Circuits & Electromigration. Caused by cheap copper wire bonding or poor PCB isolation combined with humidity/heat.
- Our Solution: We use Gold Wire Bonding (more stable than copper) and 4-Layer PCBs to prevent internal short circuits. Plus, our 72-hour aging test filters out these defects before shipping.
Is the screen too loud/hot for a quiet meeting room?
- Problem: Many screens rely on loud cooling fans. In a quiet boardroom, 50 fans spinning together sound like a drone taking off, distracting everyone.
- The Cause: Inefficient Power Supply. Cheap screens waste energy as heat, forcing fans to work overtime.
- Our solution: Fanless & Cool Design. We use high-efficiency power units and die-cast aluminum cabinets for natural heat dissipation. The result? 0dB noise and a screen that stays cool to the touch.
Why does the screen look like a grid instead of one seamless image?
- The Reality: You can see clear gaps or dark lines between each cabinet. The image looks "broken" rather than continuous.
- The Cause: Cabinet Deformation. Traditional sheet metal cases warp over time due to thermal expansion.
- Our Solution: CNC Die-Cast Aluminum Cabinets. Manufactured with 0.1mm precision, our cabinets are rigid and fit together perfectly, ensuring a truly seamless, gap-free canvas.
Why do colors look muddy when I turn the brightness down?
- Problem: Indoor screens are often dimmed to 30% brightness to avoid eye strain. On cheap screens, this causes loss of detail—shadows turn gray, and colors look washed out.
- The Cause: Poor Grayscale Performance. Cheap chips sacrifice color depth when voltage drops.
- Our solution: 16-Bit High Grayscale Technology. Our screens maintain perfect contrast and distinct layers of black/gray even at low brightness (100 nits), ensuring visual comfort without quality loss.

Indoor Led Wall F.A.Q
Most frequent questions and answers
1. How do I control the screen? Is it compatible with Novastar?
Absolutely. Our screens are natively compatible with industry-standard controllers like Novastar (Taurus Series) and Colorlight. You can update content via:
PC/Laptop: HDMI direct connection or LAN.
Smartphone App: Wireless control via ViPlex Handy (Android/iOS).
Cloud Platform: Remote management for multiple screens across different locations (VNNOX).
2. How do I choose the right Pixel Pitch (P1.2 vs P2.5) for my room?
It depends on your Viewing Distance. A simple rule of thumb: Pixel Pitch (mm) × 1 = Optimal Distance (m).
P1.2 / P1.5: Best for boardrooms or control centers where viewers are 1–2 meters away.
P1.8 / P2.0: Ideal for retail shops and lobbies (2–3 meters).
P2.5 / P3.0: Perfect for large auditoriums or church stages (>3 meters).
3.Do I need rear access space to install the screen?
No. Our indoor series features Full Front Maintenance. Using a simple magnetic vacuum tool, you can remove any module from the front in 5 seconds. This allows for slim wall-mounting installation without wasting space behind the screen for a service corridor.
4. What happens if a "dead pixel" appears? Do I change the whole screen?
Not at all. The design is fully modular. We provide free spare modules (3-5%) with every order. If a pixel fails, you simply swap out the specific 250x250mm module with a spare one. No technical skills are required—it’s just like changing a Lego block.
5. Does the screen require a heavy-duty cooling system or AC?
For most indoor environments (offices/malls), standard central AC is sufficient. Our screens use high-efficiency driver ICs and die-cast aluminum cabinets for natural heat dissipation (fanless design). They run cool and silent. However, for 24/7 high-brightness operation in very hot regions, we can calculate the BTU output for your HVAC engineer.
6. Does it support 110V (US) and 220V (EU/Middle East) power?
Yes. We use wide-voltage power supplies (Meanwell / G-Energy) that automatically adapt to AC 100V–240V, 50/60Hz. Whether you are in New York, Dubai, or London, it’s plug-and-play.
7. What is the lifespan of an Indoor LED Wall?
Our screens are rated for 100,000 hours of operation (approx. 11 years of continuous use). To maximize lifespan, we recommend running the screen at 60-70% brightness, which is usually plenty bright for indoor use and extends component life significantly.
8. What warranty do you offer?
We offer a standard 3 Year Warranty (extendable to 3-5 years upon request). During this period, we replace any faulty parts (modules, power supplies, cards) for free. We also provide lifetime remote technical support via TeamViewer.
9. Can you provide the HS Code for import tax estimation?
Yes. The general HS Code for LED Display Modules is 8529.90 or 8528.59. We can help you check the specific import duty rates for the USA, EU, or GCC countries to help you budget accurately.
10.What is the lead time for a custom-sized screen?
Standard Stock (P1.8/P2.5): Ships in 3–7 days.
Custom Orders: Production takes 10–20 days, followed by a 72-hour aging test.
We recommend placing orders at least 6 weeks before your event launch date to account for sea shipping times.
