The LED screen has a black screen phenomenon caused by power problems. The main solutions are:

1. Establish quality standards, reduce the failure rate before shipment, meanwhile, keep some spare parts for the power supply.
2. Implement strict production management, improve production technology, and ensure product batch consistency.
3. For occasions with high requirements on the stability of the LED display, add power-related functions to ensure that the screen will never be black. For example, using on-site maintenance-free power supply can greatly improve the reliability of the power supply of the display; using intelligent power supply, when the power supply of the screen body fails, the fault will be automatically reported, and other power supplies will compensate accordingly to ensure that the screen does not go black.

3. Check and confirm whether the LED display screen and the HUB distribution board connected with the main control card are tightly connected and whether they are inserted backwards.

4. Please check and confirm whether the 50-pin cable between the control card and the HUB distribution board is loose or inserted backwards.

5. If your display interface definition does not match the provided HUB board, a black screen will also appear. Please re-check your jumper for looseness, open circuit or short circuit. If you think that ABCD and other signals have been corresponded one by one, please check again whether the OE signal is connected correctly. If the above aspects are carefully checked properly, the black screen problem will be solved naturally.
