Regular Daily Maintenance
- check the ambient temperature and humidity of the display screen every day to meet the working conditions.
- Use the led screen and supporting equipment at least twice a week for 2 hours each time; if the screen is not used for 14 consecutive natural days, please preheat before using it again.
- In order to achieve the best display effect, it is recommended to use an anti-static soft brush to clean the dust on the digital signage screen surface every month.
- Check the components of the distribution box every quarter, check the contact firmness and safety of the power signal line of the digital display screen, and check whether the grounding of the led sign is good.
- Check steel structure firmness annually.
Power on warm-up operation (Not used for a long time)
If you do not use the led sign for 14 consecutive days, please follow the instructions below to warm up before using it again.
The following pre-stored screen settings need to be set when the screen is clicked for the first time. This setting is only for the warm-up operation. If the display screen is used frequently, the following operations are not required.
Select a pure black background image, set the boot screen time to 60 seconds, and set the pre-stored image to display when the network cable is disconnected and no DVI signal, and finally save it to the hardware
Moisture-proof for LED small pitch
Check whether the ambient temperature of the display screen is less than or equal to 30°C and the humidity is less than or equal to 60% RH every day.
Use the led sign screen and supporting equipment at least twice a week for 2 hours each time; if the display screen is not used for 5 consecutive natural days, please preheat, dehumidify and dehumidify before using it again.
- Hazards of LED display devices exposed to moisture
When the LED display device is damp, water vapor penetrates into the device. When the halogen-containing water vapor in the air penetrates into the device, under the condition of electrification, the halogen in the water vapor will electrochemically react with the metal in the device, which may cause the chip to short-circuit, or leak. The electrode is dropped, causing the display device to have blind lights and abnormal string lights.
- Correct LED screen storage to avoid moisture
When the LED device is transported and stored, it can be raised with objects. Make preparations for waterproof and moisture-proof. At the same time, the storage environment of LED display is equally important, and it is recommended to monitor the temperature and humidity. The best storage environment is: temperature <30℃, humidity <60%RH.
Disinfectant for led display billboard
Please carefully use 84 disinfectant containing (chlorine, bromine), high-efficiency disinfectant to directly spray and disinfect the storage, production and use environment of LED billboards.
Our disinfectants mainly include 84 disinfectant, ethanol (alcohol) disinfectant, bromine-containing disinfectant, chlorine dioxide disinfectant tablets, quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant (Jieermin), etc. The above disinfectants can disinfect surfaces such as desktops and floors. However, if the chlorine-containing 84 disinfectant, bromine-containing disinfectant, and chlorine dioxide disinfectant are used improperly, they may corrode our LED display and lamp beads.
